Experienced Builder. Certified Inspector. Trusted Advisor.

Dickie’s passion for construction began at just eight years old while watching home improvement programs on PBS. By age 16, he was already working alongside framing crews, gaining hands-on experience and developing a deep understanding of residential construction from the ground up.

While attending Boston University, Dickie assisted friends in real estate with renovation and repair projects, further sharpening his practical skills and industry knowledge. After graduating Cum Laude and earning his Contractor’s License, he founded his own contracting company in Massachusetts.

Over the next decade, Dickie built a strong reputation as a general contractor, becoming an EPA Certified Lead-Safe Renovator and working closely with local municipalities and historic district commissions. His extensive background in construction gives him a unique perspective on how homes are built, maintained, and improved over time.

In 2012, seeking a career that balanced his professional expertise with family life, Dickie became a State Licensed Home Inspector in New Hampshire (#293) and joined the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

Dedicated to continuing education and industry excellence, Dickie serves on the board of the Northern New England Chapter of ASHI and currently holds the position of Treasurer. His active involvement keeps him at the forefront of home science, safety standards, and evolving building practices, allowing him to provide clients with knowledgeable, thorough, and trusted inspections.
